Information on personal data processing

 

Given that your personal data is processed as part of my translation business, please be advised as follows:

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  • Personal data is controlled by Vorto Biuro Tłumaczeń Małgorzata Szczypińska with its registered office in Wrocław (hereinafter referred as the “Translator”).
  • Personal data is processed:

- for the purpose of handling queries and orders under translation service agreements;

- for the purpose of meeting the legal obligations of the Translator;

- for the purpose of the legitimate interests of Vorto Biuro Tłumaczeń Małgorzata Szczypińska (i.e. for statistical, archival and commercial purposes for the internal needs of the Controller).

  • The Translator processes only personal data that is necessary for the performance of these purposes and stores it for a period necessary to achieve said purposes.

by the end of the limitation period for service-related claims (max. 10 years)

 

  • You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify or delete it, or limit the processing thereof, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data.
  • You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  • Personal data may be transferred:

- to an accounting office for bookkeeping purposes;

- to an email service for correspondence purposes;

- to IT systems and IT services providers;

- to the Governor of Lower Silesia as part of the certified translator’s repertory inspection;

- under a third-party outsourcing agreement for the purpose of translation or proofreading/verification by such third party.

  • The Translator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
  • The Translator does not use the personal data obtained for the purpose of automated decision making, including the profiling.
  • The Translator does not intend to further process personal data for purposes other than that for which personal data has been collected.
