- Regarding the implementation of the translation service, the Translator informs, and the Client acknowledges, that the Translator, in her capacity as a personal data controller, processes the Client’s personal data for the purpose of sending a response to the request, processing the order, identifying the Client, contacting the Client, and settling the provided service with the Client.
- In connection with the processing of the Client’s personal data during the translation services, the Translator informs the Client that:
- The Client’s personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- The data controller is Małgorzata Anna Szczypińska, based in Valencia, Spain, info@vertalerpools.com.
- The personal data is processed for the purpose of handling inquiries and executing orders within the framework of the translation services contract.
- The translator processes only those personal data that are necessary for the fulfilment of the specified purposes, and keeps them for the period necessary for the fulfilment of these purposes.
- The Translator does not use unsecure public Wi-Fi whilst carrying out translation work.
- The purposes and lawful bases for processing personal data are, in particular:
- handling inquiries and handling orders within the framework of the translation service contract;
- maintaining a register of certified translations;
- maintaining of accounting records;
- storage of correspondence and documentation to handle any complaints.
- The Client has the right to request from the Translator access to their personal data, correction, erasure or objection to processing, and furthermore has the right to transfer of personal information (portability of personal information). The Client has also the right to withdraw consent. However, failure to provide any personal information requested would mean that the Translator would be unable to fulfil a contract with the Client.
- The Client has the right to complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (https://presidencia.gva.es/es/web/delegacion-de-proteccion-de-datos-gva):
- Personal data may be transferred to:
- an accounting office for bookkeeping purposes;
- an e-mail service for the purpose of correspondence.
- The websitevertalerpools.com, which is maintained on OVH Cloud servers, uses standard cookies so that OVH Cloud can provide the service and analyse traffic. The user of the site can customize the cookies according to their own preferences. The Translator informs that it does not use statistical data collected through cookies to profile the site user.
- The Translator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.
- The Translator does not use the acquired personal data for automated decision-making, including profiling.
- The Translator does not plan to further process personal data for a purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data was collected.
- If the materials submitted for translation contain personal data, the Translator shall process the submitted personal data as a Data processor in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, and the Client shall entrust the Translator with the processing of the personal data contained in the materials submitted for translation under a Data Processing Entrustment Agreement.
- The Translator shall make every effort to ensure that the Client’s personal data is adequately secured. It uses appropriate organizational and technical measures for this purpose.
